1. Wash Your Hands

Make sure to wash your hands frequently throughout the day with warm water and soap, scrubbing for about 10 seconds.

2. Clean Your Shared Spaces

Make it a habit to thoroughly clean phones, keyboards, doorknobs, office equipment and other shared items that are used by several people during the day.

3. Drink More Water

In the Fall and Winter, it’s easy to overlook your thirst and become dehydrated. Make sure you consume at least 8 glasses of water each day.

Fresh air is important, especially in cold weather when central heating creates a dry environment and makes your body vulnerable.

5. Don’t Smoke

6. Listen to Your Body
